Pest Problem
Thanksgiving
After a few short days in South Africa we realized we had a pest problem… We had to find a solution to eradicate this pest problem so normal life could continue. Take a look at this video which explains what we were dealing with…
Background – When we arrived here it was the tail end of winter and though that might not seem like it could be anything for a family from Maryland to handle it was. It actually gets cold here and I mean real cold like 30’s with frost on the windshield of the car when your leaving for work in the morning yea that kind of cold. The other factor that caused our pest problem is the lack of central heat in our house and only one space heater for the whole family. I think some of you see where i’m going with this. We had no choice all of us (Kanique, Karsyn, Khenzi, and I) had to sleep in the same room cause we could only heat one room. Our backs were hurting, I was constantly pushing Karsyn’s foot out of my face, Khenzi would just randomly yell at ridiculous times during the night, and Kanique and I were constantly being forced to the edge of the bed almost kicked off at times. The problem was further stretched out because we couldn’t find a heater to buy because all the stores had stopped selling them in preparation for Spring (Sept 1st) so it seemed we were stuck…
Solution – We were looking for a larger heater that could heat a sizable room but as I said those were out of stock (though we just saw one on Sunday) but we were able to find a few smaller heaters that do a good job and then we got an electric blanket for our bed so we put the larger heater in their room. All parties are happy now and if you’ve never used an electric blanket before my friends your are missing out on something special!

It’s funny now but in the midst of the problem no one was laughing Aunt A! As Farron said they made themselves real comfortable LOL!
I know what you mean Kirk i have that same pest problem but i just cant seem to get her out …..she needs company I should have drank an abundance of that Maryland water…
I told you to drink while you were there the problem is you were at Yolanda’s house that’s to far from the source you shouldve filled a 5 Gallon jug when you were at church and then you would be set – LOL!

LOL I talked someone else last night who said they were afraid to click the link for fear of what they would see. I didn’t even think of that when I named the post. Jokes and it’s not jacked it’s just the truth – just wait you’ll sing a different tune when your time comes…
Haaaa!!! Why was I looking for bugs too! I haven’t checked this out till now cause I SWORE I was gonna see random insects…But my word!!! Give me a solution cause my pest shows up from time to time..Matter fact, he was snuggled quite comfortably in the middle unbeknownst to me…not until I heard that annoying and severe thumbsucking in my ear!!!!!!!! At one point it was all four of us…Pests!!
Why Khenzi look like she about to laugh tho..LOL
